Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges
SHIPPING METHODS
During checking you will be given USPS and UPS shipping options to choose from based on your location.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- At this time we are not able to ship Adoptions to areas outside the USA. Please see Our Global Presence to adopt from a location near you.
- For supporters in the UK, please check out our UK Store. We are not able to ship to the UK at this time.
SHIPPING AND BILLING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES
On the checkout page you'll first enter the shipping address. Then you'll be given the option to bill the order to a different address. The billing address for your order must match the billing address for the credit card used to place the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Fill out the Return and Exchange Form:
- Follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip which was enclosed with your order. If you no longer have your packing slip, please download and print the Return and Exchange Form.
- Be sure to complete each section of the form. Any missing information may cause a delay in your return or exchange.
Gifts
- If the item you are returning/exchanging was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return.
Packing Your Return:
- Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.
- Your order number must be included with the return to process your refund or exchange request.

We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund/exchange processed.
Please Note: Shipping & Handling is non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you. We will also pay the return shipping if the error was ours.
