About these seeds:
Carrots sometimes go unnoticed, but with a little creativity, they can be very versatile! Cook and puree them for a tomato soup alternative, or grate and fry them for some shoestring carrot fries. And then of course, there�s always carrot cake! All JGI seeds are open pollinated, nonGMO, USDA organic, certified local, and neonicotinoid-free packaged by The Living Seed Company. All of the seeds are planted and harvested by hand.
